Victims Services International, VSI, has experienced many changes in the past year and has been looking forward to expanding opportunities in Central and South America. The last two years VSI has focused largely on Nicaragua, working with amazing women’s groups. There have been set backs to projects, missed opportunities, and a lack of cooperation with local and federal governments. We will continue our humanitarian efforts to end domestic and family violence. The Nicaraguan government currently is reevaluating its cooperation with NGO’s projects in Nicaragua.
