ICAP, International Christian Alliance on Prostitution met in Heradia Costa Rica July 28, 2014. The conference was attended by 15 countries, with Victims Services International being one of the organizations representing the United States. The conference was organized by Rehab, a Costa Rica organization serving in the San Jose area for many years.
The United States Embassy and Great Britain’s Embassy were key note speakers on the first evening of the conference. Chris and Sharon Campbell ambassadors for Great Brittany are dual ambassadors for Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Chris was involved in the original Human Rights platform for NATO, and is very passionate about protecting women and children from abuse.
