As founder of Victims Services International Inc I have made a commitment to do everything I can, along with other organizations, government agencies, and volunteers, who believe we can break the Cycle of Violence. I believe we can raise our children without exposing them to degrading and demoralizing behaviors. Please join me in protecting women and children in the communities of Central America

Let me tell you about Laura. I had the pleasure of getting to know Laura after a tragic loss of her infant child who died of shaken baby death. Laura stated to me, “I want to be able to talk to women about domestic violence. I want to be able to make a difference in their lives”. After I left her that night the baby’s father broke into the home and stabbed Laura to death. Laura is going to speak to women through La Casa de Laura Project. Laura had an opportunity to go to a shelter and chose not to go. A shelter will be dedicated to Laura in hopes that other women will realize the imminent danger they are in and leave their abusers.
